SUZURAN (Lily of the Valley):
“Painted with the scent of this sweet bloom” – Otsuki Yumi

Designer Otsuki Yumi has her atelier in Tokyo, where she also lives with her husband and children. She values the lines and rhythm found when creating something by hand and begins her design process here with every print.

Yumi hand paints the designs and then digitally prints them onto her fabric. The patterns found in her designs are inspired by what she sees in her day to day life.

This dreamy, hand painted image features dainty blue Lily of the Valley flowers with foliage in tones of green on a crisp white background.

Two other colour ways (Beige and Dark Green) can be seen in the last photo.
