This is my promise. Inspired by the Black Lives Matter Movement, it is clear that now it the time we need to take real concerted action.

I am committed to this Anti-Racism Plan for Indy Bindy. I want to you to know where I stand - in solidarity with the black and indigenous members of the community and against systemic racism.

I am listening, learning, and becoming an actively anti-racist business. This post outlines the steps I am taking towards this. I am 100% the student and fully welcome any feedback and ideas for how I can improve as we all move forward on this journey.
